  3. 5 Raven 5 August 2008 at 10:28 pm

You know there are so many signs in Singapore that it interfers with our lives at times. But then again, I am living in this bloody island.

They guy should have left cactus with larger needles :)

  4. 6 Anonymous Coward 5 August 2008 at 10:31 pm

    are the plants solar powered?

  5. 7 Fariz Asuka 5 August 2008 at 10:42 pm

Well, it does promote Singapore as a “Green City”.. ^^

  6. 8 James 5 August 2008 at 10:51 pm

cute plants , less cute signs :(

  7. 9 Kozta-Boom 5 August 2008 at 11:20 pm

Plants are more important than signs. ^^

  8. 10 shiro 5 August 2008 at 11:24 pm

    Makes a good “motivational” poster.

  9. 11 sbhboi 5 August 2008 at 11:35 pm

Hmm…important signs placed at wrong place…..

  10. 13 Squee 5 August 2008 at 11:54 pm

This reminds me of people who try to touch wet paint and wet cement

  11. 14 TinyRedMan 6 August 2008 at 12:14 am

u should have pose a figma haruhi over there..

  12. 15 jusuchin85 6 August 2008 at 12:51 am

It leaves a thin black mark on the society today. Too bad the same can be said over here in Malaysia.

“Please do not throw rubbish here. Fine RM500″ literally means “Please dump your garbage here!”

Anyways, I agree with TinyRedMan: why no figma Haruhi pose there? >.<

  13. 16 gordon 6 August 2008 at 12:58 am

    @ k,
but not the people who put the plants there sadly.

    @ pyoro,
it’s not. it looks empty now but it’s very busy during weekdays morning.

    @ Setsuna-san,
nice yes but they are dying.

    @ Hynavian,
right over there. there see? there.

    @ Raven,
    cactus? that’s mean. lol.

    @ Anonymous Coward
no. these one runs on batteries.

    @ Fariz Asuka
    lol.

    @ James,
since when is a sign cute? ^^

    @ Kozta-Boom,
depends on where u put them.

    @ shiro,
    lol.

    @ sbhboi,
shouldn’t it be plants placed at the wrong place. there’s plenty of room in the toilet though.

    @ Squee,
hey man u are finally here. i was about to post a note on your blog but i was afraid u might not see it.

    @ TinyRedMan
ya u are right. maybe next time.

    @ jusuchin85,
seems like people just love to challenge the system .lol.

I actually recognize that road. The Braddell Road bridge that leads into TPY and if goes further down leads to CTE lol.

Signs. I do not read them either. Or rather, I feel like breaking them.

  15. 18 chun 6 August 2008 at 1:11 am

    signs, what signs? :P

  16. 19 otaku dan 6 August 2008 at 1:11 am

oh noes the tiny plants are going to end up killing everyone if there is a fire there

  17. 20 Stifler 6 August 2008 at 2:00 am

The plants are rebelling against the inane rules that keeps us in bondage. We should follow their example and fight the war for Freedom. With the support of firms like Pizza Hut, how can we lose?

  18. 21 phossil 6 August 2008 at 2:32 am

Awww… but we dont have a garden at home….
and the little plants looks nice (and they give more atmosphere to the office….)

  19. 22 Raven 6 August 2008 at 2:47 am

Panther now you mentioned it, that looks like my “old” secondary school before they have it renovated.

  20. 23 Squee 6 August 2008 at 3:44 am

Gordon, you can always leave me messages in my cbox cos I check that once in a while. Anyways I’ve just updated my feedreader and links due to the Team Blue Exodus to WP

  21. 24 xephfyre 6 August 2008 at 3:52 am

BREAKING THROUGH GLASS AND PLANTS, TENGEN TOPPA FIREMAN LAGANN.

  22. 25 フェイダムさん 6 August 2008 at 7:23 am

    @ xephfyre LOL

Why not just put a shelf over there and put plants on the shelf instead?

  23. 26 wickedclown 6 August 2008 at 1:40 pm

Ah, yes. That seems all too typical, no one cares. Although, in this case I doubt it would hurt much. xD

Also, Gordon, would you like to exchange blogroll links? (I bet you will see me asking this question at other sites too. xD Figured it’s about time I got some people on my blogroll and such, better for all parties.)

  24. 27 gordon 6 August 2008 at 9:25 pm

    @ xephfyre,
    LOL! SPIN ON!

    @ フェイダムさん,
good idea! put it over the window. out of sight out of mind. brilliant!

    @ wickedclown,

  25. 28 Blowfish 6 August 2008 at 11:23 pm

People always tend to do the opposite of the sign

Dont feed the monkey. They feed the monkey…

Maybe i should place a sign infront of me: Dont buy this guy figures^^

  26. 29 Saku 6 August 2008 at 11:49 pm

    The only signs I would really pay attention to are traffic signs ^^;;

  27. 30 Q 7 August 2008 at 1:01 am

It looks like that they’ve defeated the whole point of signs. xD

Like Saku, I pay attention to traffic signs the most, especially when I’m driving. Others really depend on the location and situation…

  28. 31 chun 7 August 2008 at 2:59 am

lol was just being silly gordon :P *runs away*

  29. 32 wickedclown 7 August 2008 at 5:29 am

gordon, cool. :p I’ll add you right now.

  30. 33 Mizunaga 7 August 2008 at 7:11 am

Hey! I noticed the sign.. It’s a nice triangle.

  31. 34 Raven 7 August 2008 at 9:19 am

Guangyang Secondary school. The same as Zero and Tom.

  32. 35 Panther 7 August 2008 at 1:02 pm

    Gordon, IT’S A CONSPIRACY!

  33. 36 Raven 7 August 2008 at 7:55 pm

    Where is the horse whip?

Now we know where to disturb you during working hours. There are only “so many” windows with that triangle on that building.

  34. 37 gordon 7 August 2008 at 11:42 pm

    @ Blowfish,
strange. suddenly i feel like buying u a figure.

    @ Saku
    u better!

    @ Q,
i guess people just assume no fire will break out. dangerous mindset.

    @ chun
    we know. ^^

    @ wickedclown,
    thanks. done. :)

    @ Mizunaga,
    LOL!

    @ Panther,
u think too much! btw all potential stalkers are welcomed to give me a call to make appointment. arrangements well be made on a first come first sere basics.

    @ Raven,
me is not into SM. so be gentle with me.

  35. 38 marvin 8 August 2008 at 1:38 pm

    that’s because it’s incomplete:
    Fire Fighting Access
    Do not Obstruct
    $10,000 Fine!
    ^^

  36. 39 D_Blade 9 August 2008 at 12:27 am

Let’s love and respect Mother Nature like she deserves and not care about signs. The sacrifice was too great already.
    (Just kidding)

  37. 40 gordon 10 August 2008 at 12:29 am

    @ marvin,
lol! $10,000 is too much even by singapore’s standards. ^^

    @ D_Blade
well, they can always put the plants below the sign. win-win for both parties. ^^
